Shipments:

1. Self-collection from the chain’s branches – free.
2. Courier to home: 3-7 business days, not including order day.
   For purchases up to  230 NIS  – courier to the house at a cost of 24 NIS.
   For purchases over  NIS 230  – free home delivery.

Exchanges / Returns:

1. If you are not interested in the item you received you can make a return at any of the chain branches at no cost of course. You must arrive at the branch with the invoice you received by email after purchasing on the website. Please note that  only items are returned at branches. Exchanges, credits and refunds will be made through the company’s offices (in accordance with the policy in the regulations).
   Return with courier: If the cost of the transaction was  up to 230 NIS  and a delivery fee was charged – then the first return will be free through a courier on our behalf who will come to you and collect the product from you.
   If the cost of the transaction was  over NIS 230 and no shipping fees were charged, then a return via a courier on our behalf will come to you and collect the product from you at a cost of NIS 24.
2. For the return of more than 2 items, a delivery fee of  NIS 48  will be charged.
